SOL · SPL tokens · Native staking

Solana Wallet

Manage SOL, supported SPL tokens, and Solana NFTs in self-custody. Keep SOL for fees, verify token mints, and plan for locked stake and epoch-based activation or unstaking.

Stake minimumAt least 1 SOL per new delegation
While stakedSOL is locked; epochs affect timing
TokensSupported SPL assets; SOL pays fees
ConfirmationsVariable by network and commitment

Wallet operations

SOL powers every Solana action

Transfers, token accounts, and staking all need network-specific checks. Solana is designed for fast block production and low fees, not guaranteed instant finality.

Reserve SOL for fees

Fees include a base fee per signature and may include prioritization fees. Keep additional unstaked SOL available for token-account, staking, and unstaking actions instead of assuming a fixed dollar cost.

Manage SPL tokens and NFTs

Manage supported SPL tokens, including USDC on Solana, RAY, SRM, and ORCA. Solana NFTs appear in the NFT gallery alongside fungible tokens and other blockchain assets.

Swap from self-custody

Swap SOL for supported assets while your private keys remain encrypted on your device. Protect your recovery phrase and review every transaction or staking approval.

Network safety

Check the network, mint, fee, and status

A Solana address or familiar token ticker is not enough to make a transfer safe. Confirm each detail independently.

ActionRequired checkWhy it matters
Receive SOLCopy the SOL address or QR code and select Solana with the sender.Assets sent on another network are not Solana deposits.
Acquire an SPL tokenVerify the official mint address and confirm Atomic supports the asset.Tickers can be copied, and not every Solana token standard or new asset is supported.
Send or manage tokensKeep SOL for the base signature fee, possible prioritization fee, and token-account costs. An SPL token balance cannot pay Solana network fees by itself.
Wait for completionCheck status in Atomic or a Solana explorer and note the commitment level.Confirmation and finalization vary with network conditions; sub-second finality is not guaranteed.

Transfer workflow

Receive and send Solana assets deliberately

Use the wallet’s address and transaction details as a checklist, from the first backup to final transaction status.

  1. Set up and back up access.

Create or restore your wallet through the official flow. Keep the 12-word recovery phrase offline and private; anyone with it can control the wallet.

  2. Receive on Solana.

Open SOL, copy your Solana address or show its QR code, and confirm the sender selected Solana rather than another network.

  3. Identify SPL tokens by mint.

Verify the official mint address before acquiring or adding an asset, check that it is supported, and retain SOL for transaction and token-account fees.

  4. Review and follow the transaction.

Check the recipient, amount, network, and fee before sending. Then inspect status in Atomic or a Solana explorer instead of assuming immediate finalization.

SOL staking

Plan around locked funds and epochs

Staking is not an instant deposit-and-withdraw flow. Each delegation has its own lifecycle and must be managed separately.

Staking ruleWhat to expectWhat to do
1 SOL minimumEach new staking delegation in Atomic must be at least 1 SOL.Check the amount before every new stake.
Locked stakeYour deposit is locked while staked and cannot be spent as available SOL.Keep enough unstaked SOL for network fees.
Epoch-based activationActivation can take several epochs rather than completing immediately.Wait for active status before expecting rewards.
Separate delegationsEvery additional stake creates another delegation; each must meet the minimum.Track and unstake each delegation individually.
Automatic rewardsRewards arrive automatically after activation, and the displayed rate varies.Review the delegation rather than assuming an immediate or fixed return.
Epoch-based exitUnstaking, deactivation, and withdrawal can take several epochs.Allow time for the full exit instead of treating unstaking as an instant transfer.

Solana Wallet FAQ

Yes. Each new SOL staking delegation in Atomic must be at least 1 SOL. Staked SOL is locked, activation and unstaking can take several epochs, and additional stakes create separate delegations that must be managed individually. Rewards arrive automatically after activation; network fees and the reward rate vary.

Yes. Manage supported SPL tokens, including USDC on Solana, RAY, SRM, and ORCA. Use the Solana network when depositing and verify the token’s official mint address before acquiring or adding it. Keep SOL available for transaction and token-account fees; do not assume every Solana token standard or newly launched asset is supported.

Solana is designed for fast block production and low transaction fees, but confirmation and finalization times vary with network conditions and the commitment level used. Check the transaction status in Atomic or a Solana explorer rather than assuming every transfer finalizes in under one second.

Yes. Atomic Wallet includes an NFT gallery where you can view and manage your Solana NFTs alongside your fungible tokens and other blockchain assets.

Your SOL is stored on the Solana blockchain, not on your device — your device just holds the keys. If you lose your device, you can restore your wallet on any new device using your 12-word seed phrase. That's why backing up your seed phrase is essential.
